BEAT VISION EXCHANGE / PRACTICE TRADING

Good questions. Clear answers.

Understand the practice balance, market data and account tools before you start.

01

What can I explore in this release?

Browse 60 USD reference markets, explore price charts, place Market, Limit, Stop-limit, Take-profit limit and OCO orders, cancel pending orders, and follow your assets, fees and history. Save price alerts and export statements. The public markets are available before you enter a workspace.

02

What are BEAT Test Funds?

BEAT Test Funds are your saved practice USD balance. A new account receives $25,000 once. Spot and Futures share it; orders are simulated. Spot uses a 0.10% practice fee; Futures shows its configured fee in each review. Real deposits, withdrawals and venue trading are unavailable.

03

Where do the prices come from?

Prices, historical charts and depth are real market data from Coinbase Exchange. This is external market data; your practice orders do not enter that order book. Orders need a fresh reference price to execute. Simulated fills do not model partial fills, slippage or a real exchange queue.

04

How does email sign-in work?

Enter your email and verify the one-time code. New users receive a personal account with $25,000 in BEAT Test Funds (practice USD). Sign in to the same existing account to return to your saved workspace on another device. Complete a second security check if enabled on your account. No password or connected wallet is needed. Never share your sign-in code.

05

Can I try Long and Short positions?

When enabled in your workspace, Futures offers simulated Long and Short positions with isolated margin up to the displayed 10x maximum. It shares the same BEAT Test Funds balance with Spot; there is no second starting balance. Marks use real Spot market data, funding is not simulated, and liquidation uses sampled checks rather than continuous venue execution. Review margin and fees before confirming. If Futures is unavailable, its controls remain disabled.

06

How do the five order types work?

Market uses a fresh reference price; Limit waits for your buy-at-or-below or sell-at-or-above price. Stop-limit activates after an upward buy trigger or downward sell trigger. Take-profit limit uses the opposite trigger direction. Both then wait for their limit. OCO starts with a profit limit; its stop trigger cancels that leg and activates the stop-limit. Open orders reserve funds.

07

What are the order limits?

The minimum order value is $1. Quantities support up to eight decimal places. For OCO orders, both possible legs must meet the minimum. A workspace can keep up to 500 orders. Export your current orders before using the workspace reset to start again.

08

Will orders keep running when I close the page?

Pending orders are checked on workspace refresh and by background runs scheduled every three minutes, including while the page is closed. Each run handles a limited batch using fresh reference prices, so an individual order may wait longer. Delays or interruptions can defer checks, and brief price crossings can be missed. The balance ledger shows the last completed run. A triggered limit can remain open after a price gap. Cancel an open order to release its reserved funds.

09

How do price alerts notify me?

Save up to 20 active alerts. An alert triggers once when a periodic check finds a fresh reference price at or beyond your target. The Alerts page checks approximately every 30 seconds while open; background runs are scheduled every three minutes and continue when you leave Alerts. Limited batches and service delays can postpone a check, and brief crossings can be missed. Results stay saved in Alerts. Optional email is off by default; when available, explicitly enable it in Alerts for future triggers. Email is limited and some notices may be skipped. Turning it off stops queued emails, but a message already authorized for sending may still arrive. There is no SMS or push delivery. Alerts do not place orders.

10

What if an order or reset has no confirmation?

Review the original details in the recovery notice, then explicitly retry the same request. It may still perform the original order or reset if no result was saved. Do not submit a replacement. Recovery details can survive a reload in the same browser page session with the same verified account and sign-in session. Reloading never sends a request automatically. Signing out or changing sign-in sessions clears recovery when storage allows it. Recovery after closing a tab, losing browser storage or moving to another device is not guaranteed. If details are missing, check Orders and the balance ledger and contact Support before trying again.

11

How can I contact Support?

After signing in, open Support to send a question or report an issue. Open your request to read replies and add a follow-up. Replies are saved in your account and do not send an email. The support team changes the request status separately; a follow-up does not automatically reopen a resolved request. Never include sign-in codes, passwords or recovery codes. For sign-in problems, see the help below.

12

Why are new orders paused on my account?

An authorized owner can pause new orders and workspace resets for an account under review. You can still sign in, read your activity, use Support and alerts, and cancel open orders. Existing orders can still trigger or fill. This setting does not freeze funds or stop every account action. Contact Support for help.

13

What does resetting my workspace do?

Reset restores $25,000 in BEAT Test Funds (practice USD), clears current holdings and orders, and returns the watchlist to its defaults. Order reports cover the saved trades since the latest reset. The balance ledger keeps earlier recorded movements, including resets. Close all Futures positions and resolve pending request confirmations before resetting. A reset is not a real deposit, withdrawal or way to recover a different account.

14

Is Beatcoin available to buy here?

Beat Vision Exchange is part of the Beat Vision ecosystem. Beatcoin does not have a market listing in this release. BEAT Test Funds is a practice USD balance label, not a tradable token. The market list shows only the supported external reference assets.
